A Room In Bloom
Level One of High Bridge Works was transformed into a towering floral wonderland, combining paper installations from artist Yvette Ja with real blooms from Roisin Taylor (Verde Flower Company). The installation was produced by Northern Sky Creative as part of the Novum Festival 2026 Programme.
Open August 8th and 9th only, with drop in making workshops with Yvette Ja.
Newcastle DominoesÂ
As a spectacular finale to the Novum Festival weekend, Newcastle Dominoes swirled through the streets and businesses of Newcastle, forming one giant domino run!
The dominoes ran through the ground floor of High Bridge Works and up to stairs to Level One, briefly interacting with the Room in Bloom before tumbling straight out of the window and into the Stand’s courtyard below.
