Studio spaces at High Bridge Works are available at affordable costs that include all service charge and utilities.
Our city centre studios are designed exclusively for visual artists as well as individuals and groups working within creative industries. Utilities and service charge fully included within the leases. Studio holders have shared use of a communal kitchen, and can book out our professional Meeting Room for hosting clients or holding conference calls.
Studios will only be let to creative businesses and practitioners. We have one large vacant studio space on the first floor which is 3,000 square foot with an inbuilt meeting room.
