Our affordable city centre studios are for visual artists as well as practioners and businesses working in creative industries. Our studio spaces are via highly flexible lease agreements, with utilities and service charge fully included, requiring only one-month notice to vacate. Studio holders have shared use of a communal kitchen and can book out our private Meeting Room for hosting clients or holding conference calls.
