Unit 44 presents... An evening with Pure Evil

The architectural-inspired work of studio holder Giedre Ka will be on display in the foyer of the building between the 2nd and 26th August

We are delighted to announce that the acclaimed exhibition on the Matrix Feminist Design Co-operative #HowWeLiveNow previously on display at Barbican Centre is coming to Newcastle! Organised in association with Farrell Centre the show runs 6 May–23 July 2022

A snapshot survey exhibition featuring 12 artists producing some of the best painting in the North East, direct from the studio.

For this group show, artists and ideas have not just come together but have collided, presenting a snapshot in time across contrasting studio practice.

Following the rebrand to High Bridge Works, Newcastle City Council have produced a short video about the building.

Currently on show in our foyer, a collaborative exhibition by two of our Studio Holders.

The Chris Leedham exhibition held in our foyer led to an unexpected reunion between painter and subject.
